- Single point of contact for the mandate. I led it end to end, from admission through operations, creditor management, and litigation strategy.
- Carried the litigation from the NCLAT to the Supreme Court of India. I drafted the arguments and the strategy notes, and briefed the arguing counsel.
- Kept the corporate debtor running as a going concern throughout, while I ran the CoC and SCC meeting cycle and the resolution plan process.

- Ran four CIRP mandates and two liquidation mandates across real estate, cable manufacturing, solar power, thermal power, and construction, and kept every corporate debtor operating as a going concern under the IBC, IBBI, ROC (MCA-21), and SEBI regimes.
- Drafted applications challenging the approval and the rejection of resolution plans, and filed applications under Section 19(2).
- Conducted more than 50 CoC and SCC meetings, and drafted the notices, agendas, and minutes to the standard the regulations require.
- Prepared EOI documents, RFRPs, challenge mechanism notes, investment teasers, and MoUs, and ran auction sale processes that improved creditor recovery.
- Led teams of 15 professionals and managed operational workforces of 50 to 100 people. Pitched to clients, converted new mandates, and built the firm's insolvency pipeline.
